Q.Is it possible to have a photo put on a marker or monument?

A.Yes, and we offer two different types; ceramic photos as well as photo engraving which is especially nice on black or dark stones.

Q.Is there a way to keep my stone clean?

A.The best thing is regular cleaning. Please see our Cleaning Tips page!

Q.What if I make a mistake on a date or other information and it has already gone to the cemetery?

A.Depending on the error, it may be fixable. If not, you will need to replace it unless it is something that won’t bother you too much. It is very important to carefully review the drawing we send you for approval.

Q.What cemeteries do you serve?

A.We serve all of the San Diego County cemeteries and beyond and even ship out-of-state.

Q.Do I have to pay for my stone when I order or can I make payments?

A.Our terms are 50% deposit when you place the order and the balance is due when you approve the drawing/layout.

Q.I have something in mind that represents who my husband/wife/loved one was. Can you use my design?

A.Absolutely, we do it all the time! If you have an idea of what you’d like for a design, you simply tell us. Our designer has over 30 years experience and if it isn’t a design he has, he can draw one.

Q.How long will it take to finish my stone?

A.Approximately 8-12 weeks from the time you place the order, assuming we have the stone in stock. If we have to order the stone, the timing varies from a 12-16 week wait to a 120 day wait. It will depend on the quarry.
